Multiple migration rehearsals are conducted before the final cutover migration to identify and resolve issues in a controlled environment. We always recommend a period of parallel running where operationally feasible to provide a safety net during the transition.

Yes — we provide structured post-go-live hypercare support for 4-8 weeks after go-live, followed by ongoing BAU support on a managed service or ad-hoc basis. Hypercare covers dedicated resource availability, rapid issue triage and resolution, and performance monitoring. Our BAU support services include system administration, user support, minor enhancements and upgrade advisory. We tailor support arrangements to client requirements and internal capability.
